Good Value Stay with a Few Trade-Offs

The hotel was very clean and clearly maintained with families in mind, making it a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the overall price felt fair for the quality and service provided.

The location is a bit removed from the main attractions, which might not suit those looking to explore the city on foot. Also, being right next to a train station, the noise (even late at night) was hard to ignore and did affect our sleep.

Close to the train station, good food and very close to lots of restaurants.It is clean

I like that there is a breakfast buffet. The place looks like a bat when you enter. It is close to the train station.

It is a bit tight for 3 people but I guess it is Paris afterall. Also the surrounding is a bit sketchy. It is close to lots of restaurants so you never get hungry.

Good Value for Money & Family Friendly

Location is 350 meters from Gare Montparnasse with excellent access to shops & of course to rail/metro/bus. It is about a minute's walk from Bus route 91. Lots of guests with kids & pets - family friendly. Liked the Nespresso machine at the room, the water fountain, and the room noise insulation. Quick check in and swift check out. Room was spacious Paris standard. Large Tv screen a plus.

Irregular room cleaning hours, although the rooms are very clean. We believe that is due to high occupancy vs. number of staff. Room was too warm, felt like the thermostat wasn't working.

Location was great.

For the price it was not good. Tired decor and furnishing within the room. Awkward to maneuver into the bathroom and toilet was located round the corner without a sink so had to go back and forth.

Good breakfast, friendly staff

Small restaurant, crowdy at the mornings on breakfast time. Terrace was closed at the time, too cold. But on warmer mornings things are probably much better.

Comfortable room and the staff were very helpful

Strange odour in the lobby area that seemed to be coming from the toilets upstairs. It wasn’t good. Location near train station was handy

We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend it.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, forgot to get a European adapter for my phone and they were kind enough to lend me one, also they were happy to let me do a late check out and even offered to store my luggages if I needed one. My family enjoyed a variety of choices for their breakfast. Also the hotel is very accessible and close to the train station and most of all I had an upgraded room with free drinks on the fridge.

1. Location was convenient and next to subway station. 2. Staff were friendly and helpful. 3. Breakfast is good, specially fresh croissants 4. Water fountain on the floor and Tea in the main lobby.

1. Room size for family is very small, not much to move around. 2. Internet service unavailable on the first day of the stay. 3. TV is old and doesn’t support smart features.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, good location able to walk to Metro and there were nice restaurants in walking distance. On each floor there was a water cooler with still and sparkling which was nice.

We chose a room with a double and sofa bed, was fine for a few nights but not much room to put bags, which is to be expected. Room wasn't quite made up and only provided disposable coffee cups which wasn't ideal.

Great hotel for families in a good location Û

Great hotel centrally located enough to walk to attractions, restaurants and bars. Friendly atmosphere. Comfortable room for family of 4. We have a van and the reception staff were brilliant at accommodating us, arranging a parking space in their above ground car park. Water fountains on every floor with sparkling water available. Lovely welcome card and teddies for the children in our room. Selfie machine in the dining room was also fun!

View of a building site from our room with building work starting in the morning. Didn't bother us too much as it's wasn't that loud but it's the only thing that makes it a less perfect score!

Good

The property is more of a bread and bed accommodation than a 4-star hotel. Amenities are very very basic. Not recommended for couples with kids as the room is tiny and we had a tough time living there. This is in stark contrast to their another property in Geneva Central which was absolutely great. Not recommended for families 2+2.
